Monday.com opens new London HQ as UK headcount surpasses 300

Global work management platform monday.com has officially opened its largest European office in central London, marking a major investment in the UK’s tech and creative economy.

Global work management platform monday.com has officially opened its largest European office in central London. This marks a major investment in the UK’s tech and creative economy.

The 80,000 sq ft headquarters in Fitzrovia will house more than 300 staff. This makes the UK operation one of the company’s largest global hubs.

The move underscores monday.com’s rapid growth in the UK and Ireland, now one of its fastest-growing markets in EMEA. Currently, the region has seen the platform adopted by over 20,000 customers. These include Channel 4, Farfetch, Transport for Greater Manchester, and the Borough of Haringey. The company has more than doubled its UK headcount in the past year.

The new London base will bring together teams from R&D, AI, product development, sales, marketing, HR, and legal. This positions the capital as a key centre for monday.com’s European expansion. The office is designed to reflect monday.com’s collaborative culture. There are spaces for focused work, team sprints, hackathons, and customer workshops. Local design elements have also been woven into the workspace. These root the site in London’s identity.

“UK enterprise customers want more than flexibility — they want speed, innovation, and close partnership,” said Pierre Berlin, GM of EMEA at monday.com. “This London HQ reinforces our commitment to working shoulder-to-shoulder with them.”

Co-CEO Eran Zinman added: “Our London team is central to our global success, especially as we scale our enterprise offering. This office represents both a major investment and a signal of our long-term ambition in the region.”

Speaking at the opening, Howard Dawber, London’s Deputy Mayor for Business and Growth, welcomed the investment. He stated, “This is exactly the kind of forward-looking growth we want for London – blending AI, design, and innovation to create jobs, build products, and expand opportunity. monday.com’s new HQ is a vote of confidence in the city’s future.”

The new space opens as monday.com continues to enhance its platform for complex enterprise workflows. These include AI-powered features for risk detection, resource planning and visibility. Product design for several of these tools is now led from London, where AI usage has grown by 150% year-on-year. Over 26 million AI actions have been logged to date.

With further hiring planned across the UK and EMEA, the London office will serve as a long-term innovation hub for the company. The expansion also supports monday.com’s ambitious global outlook. Revenue is expected to hit $1.226 billion by 2025, a 25% increase on last year.

As monday.com enters this new chapter, its message is clear: London isn’t just where the company is growing — it’s where it’s building the future of work.
