Aston Martin has unveiled its first branded residential project in South America, partnering with Brazilian developer Setai to launch a 45-storey luxury tower in João Pessoa.
The development, named Setai Residences Interiors by Aston Martin, marks the marque’s formal entry into the Brazilian property market and expands its growing global real estate portfolio.
The project will comprise residences ranging from 105 to 320 square metres and is set to become one of the tallest buildings in Brazil’s north-east region. The tower will be located in João Pessoa, in the state of Paraíba, an area that has seen strong economic and tourism growth in recent years.
The scheme represents only the second “Interiors by Aston Martin” collaboration, extending the brand’s distinctive design language beyond automotive into high-end residential architecture. Aston Martin’s design team will oversee the interior concept, applying its signature approach to materiality, craftsmanship and precision engineering.
Stefano Saporetti, Aston Martin’s director of brand diversification, said the project blends British design heritage with Brazil’s natural and cultural landscape. “We are translating Aston Martin’s sophistication into a bespoke lifestyle experience that captures the essence of modern Brazilian luxury,” he said.
The announcement follows the completion of N°001 Minami Aoyama in Japan and the recent unveiling of a branded development in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, as Aston Martin continues to diversify its revenue streams through luxury property ventures.
The move reflects a broader trend among high-end automotive brands seeking to leverage brand equity into real estate and lifestyle experiences, particularly in fast-growing international markets.
