Brent Cross Town, a visionary 180-acre park town development, is being delivered by Related Argent in partnership with Barnet Council.
As one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects, this ambitious new town integrates 50 acres of green space, focusing on physical and social connectivity, environmental sustainability, and health and wellness—making it a prime opportunity for property investors.
With excellent transport links, including the newly opened Brent Cross West Station and extended bus services, Brent Cross Town is rapidly becoming one of London’s most well-connected communities. These additions complement existing Northern Line services from Brent Cross Underground station.
Innovative design inspired by london transport heritage
The new concept show home takes its design cues from London Transport’s iconic patterned textiles, used on Northern Line trains and buses from the 1970s and 80s. This design has been reimagined for a contemporary feel, reflecting Brent Cross Town’s unique blend of modern living and historical influence.
This design inspiration is carried through from the new Brent Cross West Thameslink station, further cementing Brent Cross Town’s status as one of the best-connected neighbourhoods in London.
A vibrant new community
Brent Cross Town will eventually provide 6,700 new homes, including affordable housing, rental properties, and homes for sale. The development will feature a vibrant new high street, parks, squares, and state-of-the-art sports and leisure facilities. With 3 million square feet of office space, alongside modern school buildings and over 50 acres of open green space, Brent Cross Town is designed to foster community living, with an emphasis on walking and cycling routes.
The first homes, located in The Ashbee and The Delamarre, are almost ready to welcome residents. Together, these two buildings offer 277 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, overlooking Claremont Park. This green space boasts imaginative play areas, sports facilities, nature trails, calming water features, and specially commissioned public art.
Connectivity and transport
Brent Cross Town’s location offers unrivalled transport connections. From Brent Cross Underground station, Northern Line services reach central London in just 20 minutes, while the new Brent Cross West Thameslink station provides a 12-minute ride to St Pancras International, with frequent trains during peak hours and direct links to the Elizabeth Line at Farringdon. Additionally, the area benefits from local bus services, including the newly extended 189 route, which now travels through the heart of the town. For those travelling by car, Brent Cross Town offers immediate access to the North Circular, M1 motorway, and the M25, with five airports reachable within an hour.
